The Details
The Operator Grade Lightweight Short is ideal when the temperature and humidity start to rise. Made from our lightweight yet extremely durable and fade resistant 7 ounce all-cotton ripstop, you'll soon find yourself wearing these shorts over any other.
All critical seams are double-needle stitched and bar-tacked at stress points. The Action Waist has side elastic panels for freedom of movement and easily accommodates an inside the waistband holster. There is a concealed YKK brass zipper front fly along with a metal tack-button closure for strength and reliability. The 1 inch wide reinforced belt loops are strategically placed and accommodate belts up to 1 3/4 inches wide. The gusseted crotch allows for a greater range of mobility while reducing the stress around the crotch area of the pant. The 7 �" inseam is an ideal midrange length.
Pockets are strategically placed in order to maximize functionality. Two secured back pockets accommodate a wallet or ID while two larger easy access rear pockets accommodate larger gear. The front hand pockets are scalloped like the rear pockets to also allow easy access. The depth and size of the front pockets will easily accommodate a pocket holster or other gear. The pocket pouch is constructed of heavy duty ripstop fabric for added strength. Two side-bellows utility pockets on the front of the pant can accommodate a wide range of gear, including 20 and 30-rd mags. The inside of the pockets are lined with nylon for added durability. The DuPont Teflon� fabric protector provides a breathable, durable barrier that repels both water and oil based spills. Machine wash. Imported. |
