For faster shipping service, please call us at 610-246-4000 for availability. We can ship UPS 2nd day, 3rd day or Next Day Air if you call in your order. We return most phone calls within 20-30 minutes so please leave a message if you don't get us immediately.
If you have a shipping deadline, please notify us of that deadline before ordering. If you did not notify us of a shipping deadline before or immediately after placing an order, please do not call us and complain that you have a training course this coming weekend and your products did not ship on time. A large part of our customer base are students and instructors in the firearms community and we like to know that are products are being used by them, we will attempt to process some orders faster than others if we are aware of a deadline. We also do sponsor some Instructors and competitions from time to time.
A LACK OF PREPARATION ON YOUR PART DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN EMERGENCY ON OURS.
Drop Shipping we are primarily an E-commerce Business and we DO drop ship some of our products from a Texas distributor. Some orders may be shipped in multiple (usually no more than 2) from Pennsylvania and Texas.
WE DO ship to P.O.Box and APO Addresses:
For PO Box and APO Addresses. Just process your order and select the flat rate or military shipping option. We will contact you about any variations in shipping charges. Due to cutbacks in postal service, we are only shipping International and APO address on Wed of each week, which means some orders may take up to one week to process. If you experience any problems, please call or email us.
If your billing and shipping information do not match, we may cancel or delay shipment of your order, unless information about shipping address verification is supplied. Please us contact ahead of time to avoid shipping delays.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products that we sell, please contact us and we will make arrangements to exchange your items, issue store credit or refund your order upon receipt of the returned items within 30 days if returns or exchanged items meet our Return Policy inspection requirements below: We are no longer accept returned clothing beyond 30 days due to hygiene reasons. All clothing items must be returned, unworn, unwashed and tagged. Any untagged clothing items will be charged a 20% restocking fee. This means that returning clothing with tags removed and thrown into return packages are considered Untagged and subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept returns on used firearm parts and accessories that have been opened, broken or tested out.. All returns are inspected before issuing refunds or exchanges
